Basement Waterproofing
The property owner was not able to use their spacious basement because of constant flooding. Richardson & Starling specialists specified the most appropriate water management system and converted this basement into an additional living space. This was achieved by waterproofing the whole basement with our membrane system and directing water to a sump and pump. The completed works were supported with the Richardson & Starling 10 Year transferable guarantee for our client’s peace of mind.
